PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION PRIOR TO REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT. IT IS A CONDITION OF SERVICE PROVISION TO AGREE TO THIS INFORMATION.
This document functions as a contract between you, the client and us, NuChoice. By paying for the service, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. Please seek clarification on any content that is not fully understood.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
Purchases of dietary consultation or advice services from NuChoice can be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Zapper. In the event that there is a problem with a client’s payment and the dietitian cannot receive funds, the dietitian shall provide notice to the client. The client agrees that their meal plan and services will only be received once payment is received.
Payment for a service type or consultation is non-refundable.
The client will allow 1-2 working days from confirmation of payment to receive their meal plan package.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the responsibility of the client to contact the dietitian either by phone, email or chat on the NuChoice website to voice any concerns within the allotted time that the package is good for. Failure to voice these concerns during the allotted time will result in losing those services unless requested in writing from the client under special circumstances and confirmed in writing from the dietitian.
All dietary recommendations are made based on information given at the time of consultation and should not be shared with any other individual either in hard copy or verbally as they specific to the client, will unlikely meet the needs of another person.
BENEFITS AND LIMITATIONS OF NUTRITION COUNSELING AND COACHING SERVICES
Due to the client-dependent nature of the service offered, NuChoice cannot guarantee specific results.
