Ingredients
1 tin mixed beans (3 or 4 bean), drained
1 tin tuna, drained
½ onion, finely chopped
1 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 tomato, finely diced
4 tsp olive / canola oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Makes enough for 2 side salads
