½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk of choice
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Blend ingredients together in a food processor / blender.
- Heat a pan on medium heat with a teaspoon of oil.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan (about ¼ cup each) and cook until bubbles start forming / browned on the one side. Then flip over until brown on the other side
- Enjoy with peanut butter, fruit, yoghurt, nuts etc.
